The scales are going back down again

A happy soul I am. My scales read now 129kg (0.8 pounds lost)
Walking has helped alot. Cycling Im itching to get out.
This Sunday I hope to meet Yusuke and go for a cycle.

I think I need to hit them stairs and work hard in training. I set myself a target again.  To lose 5kg in 5 weeks, Ive been losing 1kg a week but thats might change due to the fact Ive started back to work and Im finding out that I dont exercise so much has b4 coz I have less free time. but we can always find free time ne
Waking up earlier going to be earlier, instead of watching tv, playing the computer I can be going swimming.
I havent been swimming for along time (6th of September). Even that I havent been going Ive still lost weight this weight and thats due just to walking.

So what does swimming actually do for me?
