I'm back and raring to go!

I would just like to say a big thanks to my wife! She pushed me to get out the house and stop playing wow in the mornings. U have time to go for a cycle!

For the last 2 weeks Ive been in a rut!  She been trying to motivate me to get out!

Since then I guess Ive been milking sayng I cant ride due to the pain, my diet been off, Ive been eating alot of icecream and a few packets of crisps over the last 2 weeks
Yesterday (24th) I ate, 1 pancake for breakfast then I ate apple sweet bread, sweetbean bread, a bun with alot of egg mayo and ham, Crawshew nuts, hi milk chocolate bar, pancakes in maple and margine.
Dinner I had pasta and mince and tomato sauce. 

This morning when I weighed myself I was down to 129.4kg. I have been looking maybe it was due to the fact I went cycling the day before. I went had been to bed early for the  last 3 nights.
I really dont know but the fact that I have been given this chance, to get down to 130kg.
Today i went out for a cycle too! I feel great, thou Im really fucked off now since after climbing up the hill to the top without getting off. I heard a ping and yet again my spoke broke.
I guess wear and tear of the bike with me pushing it harder and harder, and me getting less and less heavier its taking its toller. The lighter I am I hope I dont break so many spokes.
