Thats really messed up!! on Weds of last week I was just over the 130kg mark.
Next
week I might add a few kg coz Ill be back eating healthier food. Ill be
eating my meats/fish again. All my fruits when I want to eat, no
particular day!!
This cabbage works well but thank god
its for only 7 days. Im peeing alot! Im not going hungry at all. Im
eating alot of cabbage soup. I make my own with carrots, onions,
cabbage,, Chinese cabbage and veg stock. I can eat vegetables, I add
shitake mushrooms, leeks, cabbage, kinoki mushrooms, onions to the pot
with flavoured sesame soup
Ive been on this cabbage diet for the 4th day. This day I can eat up to 8 bananas and eat cabbage soup and drink milk.
TBH Its not very good for nutrients wise.
Yesterday
I could eat has much fruit or vegetables has I want so I eat Shitake
mushrooms, leeks, chinese cabbage, cabbage tofu and a packet of udon.
Day 5
Feeling very hot inside me
Allows u to eat up to 550g (200oz) of beef, or chicken and six fresh tomatoes. Ill eat them tonight.
So for breakfast I just eat chicken and celery.
Lunch will be cabbage soup broccoli stems, and chicken

In
the evening i went to kempo after coming I slept in the bath when I
woke up it was midnight. I became really dizzy. I laided on the floor
for a good 20mins. It was not a good feeling!!!
Ive been walking 5km every day too So Ill need to do another 2.5km tonight b4 kempo hopefully
Drink
plenty of water they recommended to get rid of the acid from the beef
but since Im not eating beef it wont matter but I still drink plenty of
water anyhow
Day 6: TOFU (MEAT) & VEGETABLE Day
With only 4 hour sleep last night feeling abit shitty.
My stomach is tight, feeling hungry good thing I can eat all vegetables again
Day7
The last day!!
I
feel down that I sorted cheated for a week, I feel that I have got abit
of fabbyness around my chin area but looking at previous pictures its
looks the same lol, just abit paranoid thats all.
