Actually thou. I'm talking about my shirt size. My normal work shirts seems to be still in a the laundry basket. I thought i try on the smaller sizes. Hey presto!!! Fits!!!!

I havent let on to no-one that I'm losing fat. No-one on facebook, just my family in Japan and the UK. I havent metioned it at work either, I want them to comment on my weight, but with the Japanese frame of mind I guess I might be waiting along time ;(
I might spill the beans when I hit the wedding weight lol. That will be sometime next year I guess.
