Past the mark

November has been pretty hectic for me nearly every weekend I've been busy doing things with friends rather staying at home. Its been a great November. A November that I wont forget in a long time, I've been to a wedding in Tokyo, I've been to rememberance day of death of a friend, a bbq, a night sleeping in a tent, and the lastly the weekend I went away with the only the boys to Kusatsu Onsen.

I should have been more stronger willed, (is willed even a word) anyway with parties, I should have been but in truth I was careful, I eat but didnt over indugled myself,
So Ive been suck at 138-136.8kg that mark until today when every Monday is my weight in day.
Bingo!!! Beat it!! 135kg dead on!! Chuffed to bits, thou yet again confused I lost 3kg this week compared to last Monday when i was at 138.

The weekend just gone I knew that I did alot of exercises. Fri, Pool in afternoon, Kempo in Evening, which then I rode to their and back. Saturday; Pool, again rode there and back. Then played with my wifes son at the park for a few hours. Sunday was just rest day ;)
Maybe thats why I've lost 3kg in that week.

Monday I'm off work due to exams still going on at work. The wife is off too, so in the morning we went for a bicycle ride showed the normal route on where i go to do about 20km.
It feels like she never rode a mountain bike b4, I think im correct too, I know she has rode one of those Japanese bicycles with 3 gears. I guess 18 gears is abit different and with the gears being grip gears, could be hard getting used to.
I used to have a bike with erm on and I hate them!!
She had to stop her chain had come off the gears, fixed that and off we rode again. I told her to stop to do up her shoe laces. I place my hand on her arm to slow her down. BIG MISTAKE, she fell off her bike taking me with her lol. First time I've ever fallen off the bike. I told her I wont be touching u again lol
