A weekend of madness has passed... mourned the death of our friend who died of the age of 44 last year the same weekend. Went to his home, to see his mini shrine and send our thoughts and respect to him and his family. After we drank and eat outside for a bbq and to drink his favorite drink of Japanese Rice wine.
Bloody hell it was cold, 3 of us camped outside the house that night too.
So why u ask, why are u confused?.... Im confused coz on Monday when I weighted myself I was down nearly 1.5kg from the previous Monday at 136.8kg.
Party was Saturday, Sunday was rest day....
I should be happy, just in shocked to see Im down....
