Posting a day early

 My weight in this week: 147.4 (BMI 37.5) BMI 39.5

I thought it was pointless weighing on the Wednesday when really the start of the week is a Monday.
So I ll be weighing in on Monday will be the best time.
Im still weighing in at work. My scales still dont work coz im still too heavy.
I've actually had to work hard in trying this week the week upcoming. I have a party to go to.

Mostly last week I have been walking to do exercise the wind is alittle strong and when I go out on the bike its can be extremely hard to pedal against it.
TImKUN did say thou, that the circuit is designed to cut the wind out and so u wont get much wind up at Morikoro cycling circuit.

Tbh still abit worried about my knee. Ive added swimming into my plan, been trying to swim more than 1km either doing breast stroke or front stroke.  I think doing front stroke burns more but sometimes I go and do breast stroke just to have a little breather.  Im just swimming in the 25m pool but tend to hit the 50m pool in a month or two. Im normally go for free with MIL but since she is in Canada i bought 11 tickets for the price of 10 for 8000yen.


Next week, I have two parties that I meant to be attending at work, 1) Welcome party for all English teachers and 2) welcome party for all part time teachers. 2 parties in 1 week ouch. Thats going to ruin my healthy eating. Ive decided to go only to the party for all English teachers.
Drink has much has u can within the 2hrs u have.  Ill definetly be watching my way.
Our friend Bob said his trick is to drink a beer then drink a pint of water and then drink  beer and another pint of water!! Ill be trying to that if i remember lol.

I actually spoke to my son, , on Saturday, it was great seeing him. Its been nearly 6 days since I saw him. It brought me alot of joy to see him. I think he remembers me, if not me but he remember me singing to him. I miss him buck loads!
I thought he had changed alittle not really in his face but in his actions he seemed to be doing alot of hand movements also he seem to holding the bread and take bite by bite.

I prefer to be weighed in stones and pounds rather than in kg, it feels like I've lost more when I see more numbers.  1kg is about 2.2 pounds.  Actually I thought I was about 3 pounds LOL seems not so bad now.

My right knee been swollen since early Thursday morning. Ive taken tables to reduce the swelling and place an icepack on it and kept it high (placing a few pillows under it)
Been wanting to go out and exercise and having to wait patiently for it to feel better.



Sunday, my wife and my son, were flying out to Canada with MIL, I picked her up and took her to the coach stop.  It was abit hard to say goodbye.  I wont be seeing them for another 5 or 6 weeks now.  ;(
In evening I went for a walk for about 8km. I needed to get some strength in my legs.  I played Dance central for awhile but eventually got bored.   Stayed up to watch the football of Man city and Newcastle. Man city won it in the 2nd half thank god
