After coming back from work around 7.30pm i didnt have the motivation to go for a walk. I made dinner watched some TV and went to bed very early. The plan was to wake up at 5am and go for the cycle but that then happened the weather is abit dodgy.
TBH I think Ive just got abit of lack of motivation after not losing so much weight this week. I know it happens but its such a downer. I really need to get back into things.
Today is meant to finish on the 4th period at the moment its overcast but could turn into rain anytime. They will prepare for sports day and Weds is meant to be off. I know Weds is sunny but it all depends on today. I think i will be having 5th and 6th period just depends on the bosses mind ne.
If we finish early then I can head back home go for a cycle and then a swim and then ready for kempo in the evening.
Then Weds i can just go for a cycle ;) but really depends on what happens at lunch time ;)
