Yesterday was a Bad hair day

Weigh in MAY 28TH 2012 145.6KG (22.9 stone) (BMI 3.71) BMI 39.1

Very happy at the moment to see my weight going down. Ive added stone to the weigh in, so ppl from the U.K can understand it better

Monday is probably my longest day for working. I really dont want to be waking up early and going for a walk/cycle.
Thou I still wake up at 5.30 but I just relaxed and cooked my lunch. Prepared for my breakfast coz i cant eat it until Ive weighed myself in school!!

This week is 40mins classes so we finish at 3.05pm
Hopefully if Wednesday is sunny I might be able to fit a ride in. But recently its been to warm and that sun is too hot for me, I will easily get sunburnt. I need sunblock or a very big baggy long sleeved t-shirt to come me.

NEVER GET UR FRIEND TO CUT YOUR HAIR FOR YOU. THE ONLY TIME U ASK IF IS WHEN U WANT IT ALL OFF!!

Hiro came around early Saturday morning, had a shower at my house, I cooked him baked beans and poached eggs on toast.
He then cut my hair at first i thought he done a good job, but when my wife and my mother saw me on Skype they told me if was awful esp on the sides. So I took some photos and to my horror it was. It was like some one place a basin on my head and cut around it.
I asked him to cut it, since I was going to Nagoya on Sunday for a tournment (shorinji kempo)
On Sunday after kempo i left around 1ish and headed to the barbers near our home.
I took my hat off and asked if he could try to fix it and make it the side and back look natural.
he took over 40mins to do it, I also go a full shave and shampoo afterwards. Very relaxing!!!

We went then and drove to Nagoya castle so I could remember where I have to park. If I wake up at 4am on Sunday morning have a shower get there for 5am Im sure to get a space on the side of the road. On the way back home i became so sleepy. i dropped off Hiro headed home. Washed some clothes and fell asleep for 2hrs woke up.
Needed to use the toliet to have a poo became very hot and sweaty, the sweat was coming out in bucket falls I could feel I was going dizzy. I finished the toilet and then just layed down for a while still feeling dizzy. I got back on the loo faning myself and telling myself not to faint!
After a while I felt abit better. I phoned our mom on skype and told her what happened she said its either u had high blood pressure or low blood pressure. I thought it could have been the sashimi I eat that breakfast then followed with cooked salmon maybe the combintion isnt good. Or the fact I was very tired.
I havent told Chiho its pointless for her to get more worried when she in Canada.
