Surburnt rides

JULY 17TH 137.2KG (21.605302 stone) 302.474 pounds lost 1.4kg or 3 pounds

Over the weekend I rode, over 70kms Sunday I rode with Yusuke but on the 3rd lap he got a puncture and we walked back to Seto taking us 1.5 extra hours. If he didnt get a puncture I wouldnt have been out in the sun that long and of course I would have got a sunburn but not has bad I have now.
Monday we out again to do 3 laps, of course he is late its normal for japanese ppl to turn up late
I wore a long sleeved Tshirt, place sunblock on my neck, face and hands. but i still think i need to buy gloves for the hands I cant really cover them up

Myth or not

Boom no more weighing myself at work, I can now weigh at home the only problem with that is I tend to weigh myself everyday >.<
Very happy thou, Chihos back adding rice back to my diet. I refuse to eat it everyday thou.
Been drinking alot more Jasime tea. Green tea

Green tea

Go green, with your tea at least. Studies in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that green tea speeds up your metabolism so that you burn more calories. Five cups a day are needed for best results.

Miso soup

Made from two fat-burning foods, seaweed and soya beans, this brother packs a powerful weight-loss punch. Hokkaido University Graduate School of Fisheries Sciences in Japan found that eating a serving each day can increase your weight loss by 10 per cent.

Chilli

It doesn’t just heat up your mouth, the spicy hotness of a chilli pepper also kick-starts your body’s fat burners. Food scientist Heidi Allison, author of The Chili Pepper Diet, found that you can lose 10 times as much weight if you add a sprinkle of dried chillies to your meals.

Grapefruit

Maybe there is something in the grapefruit diet after all. Scripps Clinic researchers found that half a grapefruit before each meal helped dieters to lose between 3.3 and 10 pounds over the course of 12 weeks. The scientists are not sure why this works as the same amount of calories were being eaten, but they think that it may have some sort of fat-burning effect. At only 39 calories per half it’s definitely worth a shot.

Protein

A study in the Journal of Exercise Physiology found that you can burn up to 25 per cent of the calories in a meal of pure protein just by digesting it. While going Atkins is sure to give you death breath, cutting out the fries for an extra bun-free burger can help you reach your weight-loss goals all the quicker.

Coffee

TBH Ive added grapefruit, miso soup now to my diet who knows if it works with it or boost more that its only for the better ;)

Jun's back + below 140kg

Weigh in: JULY 2ND 139.6KG 307.7 pounds( BMI 35.6) BMI 37.5: lost 1.4kg or 3.1pounds


Juns back Im sure he remembers me, he is walking a good 10 steps b4 he loses his balance. he loves picking up my phone and place in and out of the box.
Im abit gutted to have missed his very first steps and he be able to say 'da da or babababababa. . .
But he is back now so it dont matter.

When I goto work I was told that the first and 2nd period were free, plus my 3rd one is free anyhow so I had 3 hrs to kill I drove back home and spent some time with Jun ;)

139.6kg thats the weight it I made it so I can weigh at home now, very happy about that. No more waiting till just b4 9am so i can scale then weigh myself . I can scale early and eat breakfast earlier too.

Last week only hit the pool twice and did some walking didnt do any cycling only that Monday riding my bicycle back home from the repairs
I find it very strange that I lost nearly 3 pounds for doing such lack of exercise so to speak, thou I need to do them squats this week.
Lets hope the weather keeps nice and I can go out
