Windy winter

I have never remembered a winter where its been so windy. Its a pain in the ass really cant get out and cycle. Lets hope next winter isnt so!!!
I  know I can hit the stationary bike but it aint the same has the real thing.

Walking everyday really helping u lose weight

 123kg (19.3 stone) (lost of 0.6kg or 1.3 pounds)

Walking everyday. Thats whats my thinking was in the month of Janurary but after 19th days. If I didnt go and do my cycling in that week. I think I would be the same weight. Srsly I walk 5.65km in the morning before breakfast.

Ill hit the bicycle the weekend at some point and go for a swim on Sunday for an hour.
Monday is normally my rest day. On Monday morning I didnt go for a walk but in the evening I pushed myself to go to the gym and going cycling for 45mins increasing every minute up to 5 go to 160 and reset at 75 then increased it by 10 resist every 2 mins.

Well from the 1st of Jan I've been on a new program that I have to count macros (protein, carbs and fat). It like counting calories but with more depth since u dont count calories u count whats inside the food rather than just the energy.
It seems that the protein intake is rather high and when trying on weight lifting days its much higher and carbs intake is HUGE.

At first it was hard to eat so much food esp with the carbs, but I think I'Ve sorted it out if I eat a fruit for breakfast and get my carbs past 100 I'm on target ;)
I know I have to eat grapefruit, apple, orange & banana.  Eat edamame in between breakfast and lunch. 
Its seems a lot to digest but the trainer says just trust him in the system. TBH thank god its only twice a week that I need to eat big carbs ;)

Overdid it but who cares!!!

On the 29th DEC was party with my close friends and while were talking about my weight. I found out 

After finding out that the bet with Hiroyuki is until May to hit the 120kg target to win 5000yen. 
No wonder he is been giving me bread, and sweet bread to keep my weight up but little does he know that I just give to my wife and if my wife cant eat them all she will share with Okaasan or just freeze them.

Yesterday 7th, after we hit Kitanoyu ( Public bath) Hiroyuki said that we should try the new restaurant that open that eat has much has u like for 90mins added with sushi and beef shabu shabu.

I tried to eat healthy and ate only sushi I took off the fish and left the rice.  Salad belonged to sweetcorn, salad leaves and abit of Potato salad.   I ate only roast slices of beef and tried to avoid the fats,

We both ate too much and we abit sick coz of it, our stomachs full!!
After this, I felt guilty that I eat too much and that tomorrow weigh in would be a disaster so I decided to walk it off.
I took a nap with Jun for an hour. Woke up and went for a walk for an hour.

After work, I walked for another 2 hours.  Doing a total of 21.95km or 13.5 miles that day >.<  Probably too much, but I just didnt want to be disappointed for the weigh in.
